Smart City Vision for Central Asia: Strategic Alliance Between ND İmar and GIGANT-STROY-GROUP

A strategic cooperation memorandum has been signed between ND İmar İnşaat Tic. A.Ş. (Turkey) and Gigant-Stroy-Group LLC (Uzbekistan), focusing on the development of smart cities, urban infrastructure, and industrial zones in Central Asia.

• Master planning and urban design
• Road and transport infrastructure
• Logistics and industrial development
• Tourism concepts and architecture
• Cadastral and geodetic services

   This initiative, led by Avazbek Abdulkhaev, founder of Gigant-Stroy-Group, and Nadir Doğan, founder of ND İmar, also aims to nurture professional talent and enhance technical expertise across Central Asia, creating a long-term impact beyond infrastructure development.
